We would like to rent out 2 rooms in a 70 Sq.m apartment for a month of February 2014. The apartment is located in the 10th district (Favoriten); Neusetzgasse which is a very silent street located 150 m away from the busy Favoriten shopping street.

The apartment is very centrally located; the U1 station Reumannplatz is practically 2 mins walk and the metro takes 5 mins to the centre Kalrsplatz, Stephenplatz etc. Also right at the end of the street you will find the buses 7A, 65A, 66A, 67A, 68A, 70A and Trams 6, 67.

In the nearby vicinity all the major supermarkets can be found out viz. Interspar, Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Zielpunkt, Penny, Ben (Asian Specialty), Turkish supermarket can be reached walking. DM, BIPA, Müller can be all found at Favoriten Street.

Famous fast food restaurants like Mc. Donalds, famous Turkish eatery, Bakeries can be all reached within 2-3 minutes.

HOUSE RULES:

We are very flexible for any new tenant who would be willing to rent out this apartment. However, there are certain rules attached to this spacious, silent and positive apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Moreover, consumption of Non-Vegetarian meals and Alcohol is not permitted inside the house.
