Ab Anfang December ( mitte november ) wird ein Zimmer in unserer 4er WG in der Kolingasse frei. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Schottentor, also eine der zentralsten Plätze in Wien. Die Hauptuni kann man vom Fenster aus sehen und ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (2 wenn man Stress hat, ich habs gezählt ^^ ), außerdem ist die U2 sowie mehrer Bimstationen gleich in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer selbst misst ca. 8 m2 (300€ all inkl. ) und ist sehr sonnig.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwa 80 m2 groß und komplett eingerichtet. Neben dem Bad, einem separaten WC und einer Speiß gibt es noch einen Koch-Ess-Bereich im hübschen Vintage-Stil.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind ein Architekturstudent (23), eine Internationale Entwicklung und Musikstudentin (24) und eine Politikwissenschaft und Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaftsstudentin (20).
Wir kochen und backen alle drei sehr gerne und Musik ist uns auch sehr wichtig. Wir suchen auf jeden Fall jemanden für längere Zeit!
