I am searching for a flatmate in need for a studio and living space in a 2 people shared apartment of 160m2.
It’s a super charming and bright apartment in the 3rd floor at Julius Tandlerplatz in the 9th district .I am renting out two rooms of 18 (living /sleeping space) and 25 m2 (studio/atelier..?) plus own little bathroom(no bathtub) to one single person. (Please it’s meant only for one person!) The apartment is extremely bright and friendly, partly newly renovated, wooden floor and partly furnished (sofa, shelves, lamps, etc.) there is a washing machine. No dishwasher.

You will share the apartment with me, artist, performer, having my studio at home. After many years studying and working abroad I move back to Austria 4 years ago living in this beautiful flat which I have been renovating since then. I am very open for various collective things to happen in the apartment, at the same time I am excited about quietness as I work there and need concentration. I am looking for somebody who is in need for living and studio or working space and is able to bring some engagement in setting things up with me. People with initiative for organizing collective gatherings such as open studios, film nights, discussions etc and handy skills welcome! Also after 4 years living with guys I have to admit I’d be very happy to share this experience with a female being.

The flat is quite central along the d-line tram stop Franz josefsbahnhof. 5 minutes to the inner city and 2 minutes away from donaukanal which offers a beautiful walk along the waterside. Lichtensteinpark is beside the square and augarten a few minutes bike ride. There are supermarkets and drugstores such as billa, zielpunkt,spar dm , bipa just in front of the house at the square. billa open every day till 9 pm!

Costs for the two spaces are 560.- (rent, electricity, side costs, wifi)
Deposit: 1200.-
