Halli Hallo ! (english version below)

Ich vermiete im September mein Zimmer (24m) in einer 74 m2 WG, da ich in dieser Zeit im Ausland bin!

Das Zimmer an sich ist relativ groß und sehr sonnig ! Generell ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt: WLAN-Anschluss, Kabel-Fernsehen+Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Bett & Couch!


Zur Wohnung: Die Küche ist auch mit allem (Herd, Backrohr, Tiefkühler, Kochgeschirr...), außer Geschirrspüler+Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Bad + Klo sind getrennt und im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die dir natürlich auch zur Verfügung steht!

Die Wohnung ist eine 2-er-WG, meine Mitbewohnerin Alessandra kommt aus Italien ist ebenso wie ich Dolmetsch-Studentin :)

Die Miete beläuft sich auf 400 € im Monat.

I am renting out my room (24m) a 74m apartment in the beautiful 7th district in Vienna in September, as I will be in France during this time.

The Room itself is spacious and with a lot of natural sunlight.The room provides everything you need: Bed, Couch, Desk, WLAN, TV (Cable)!

In the kitchen you will have everything at your disposal, but a dishwasher and a microwave... everything else like an oven, freezer and dishes are in the flat!
Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms and you can also use the washing mashine in the bathroom.

My flatmate, Alessandra is from Italy and a 24 years old student :)

The rent totals 400 €/month.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Burggasse, im 7. Bezirk! Die Lage ist ideal, da zahlreiche Öffis (5er Straßenbahn, U6 Burggasse/Stadthalle, 48A Bus) innerhalb von 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichbar sind; am Urban-Loritz-Platz mit etlichen anderen Straßenbahnverbindungen (6,18...) und der Stadtbücherei Wien (auf dessen Dach es im Sommer außerdem ein Openair-Kino gibt) ist man auch in etwa 5 min!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug: Hofer, Zielpunkt, Merkur und Dm befinden sich in 5-minütiger Gehweite; zum Bio-Markt Denns, Prosi (Asia-Laden), Billa und Spar geht man mit 8-10 min minimal länger...
Wie bereits gesagt ist man öffentlich ziemlich schnell überall (Museumsquartier, Burggarten, Mariahilferstr., Uni, diverse Bars am Gürtel und in der Burggasse...) und mit dem Rad noch schneller (mein Rad kannst du bei Bedarf auch gerne verwenden) erreichbar!

Infrastructure:
As I said, the apartment is in the 7th district in Vienna and the location is pretty good: you can reach the next U-Bahn (U6 Burggasse/Stadthalle)the next Tram (Tram 5), the next Bus (48A) within 2 mins and if you walk for about 5 mins you will reach Urban-Loritz-Platz, where you can find other trams (6,18...) as well as a the Central Library of the City Vienna, where you can go to an open-air cinema during the summer !

Also, there are various supermarkets nearby: Hofer, Merkur, Zielpunkt and DM are in a 5 mins- walking distance and if you walk a wee bit longer (like 8-10 mins) you can also go to Spar, Billa, Prosi (Asia-Shop) or the supermarket Denns (providing organic food)...
Also you can reach various “Viennese” Hotspots in no time by public transport like the shopping street Mariahilferstraße, Burggarten, Museumsquartier, the University or various Bars+Restaurants on the “Gürtel” or “Burggasse”! If you want, I can also lend you my bike, then you are even faster.
