Hey There :)


Yeah it is true! Two rooms are free in one of the coolest WGs in Vienna :) Okay, joking aside we have two free rooms in our appartment in the beauiful 19th district. We live really close to Heiligenstädter Park, the beautiful wine yards and the embassy district with their beautiful Villas. It only takes you a few steps to be in nature or strawl through the amazing neighborhood in the findest district of Vienna. And still you can be at Hauptuni within 15min, WU within 7min and Schwedenplatz 19min. Since you have the 10A, 39A, 37, D and U4 within in a few minutes. So this appartment is in a really perfect location if you like nature and still want to be in Uni or the City within a few minutes.


You will live togeter with me Ala a 26 year-old Engineer who loves dancing, cooking and meeting new people. We used to live here with 4 friends (two of them shared room) and there was always something going on in the appartment. We gave dinners parties, hosted couchsurfers on a regular basis and were having friends over for some realxed cooking sessions. If you like to cook and if you are a sociable person you will love this appartment. Because even if some of us moved out this cool, witty and welcoming spirit of the flat will stay. I speak English and French and my german is starting to become pretty good as well haha :) I am looking for an open and nice person, who likes life and enjoys it, but still can be on his own as well. So if you are looking for a nice and comfy place with warm people around you, there you go!


The rooms:


Big room- 26m² → 370€ plus 40€ for gas, internet and everything else


The big room is really huge with its 26m². And it is located towards the street so you have some noise but therefore is the sun shining in the room what makes it very bright and nice. As in the small room the room has nice parkett and the typical high ceilings. There is still a bed, a table, a closet and a bookshelf in there. Since Till (used to live there) is travelling right now he will take the table and the bed when he comes back 1st of Octobre. So until then you can use them if you like to. Otherwise I will just take them out before. If you are intersted you can keep the closet and the bookshelf even after 1st Ocotobre together for 50€, but you dont have to. Just tell me what is the best for you and we will find a suitable solution.


Small room- 11m² → 310€ plus 40€ for gas, internet and everything else


A little Oasis right in the middle of Vienna! In this room you dont hear anything accept for the twittern of birds and the rush of the wind in the trees. The room is fully furnited (convertible sofa bed, closet, table, chair and a small hidden room). The room itself is not that big but you are welcome to use the kitchen/living room which is huge. If you dont want the furnitre it is fine and we take it out. If you like to have it it will be 40€ for everything (bed, chair, table, closet,...)


So that are the rooms. Both are still availbe and you can come around and take a look at them. They are free from 1.August and if you move in first you have also influence on the decision who else will move in.


The rest of the appartment:

We have a huge kitchen/living room (as you can see on the picutres). We gave there dinners for 15 people so it is really spacey. It is great to hang out there while you cook with friends or just relax from a long day. The bathroom has a great bath tube which is super cool in the winter and the toilet is in a sperate room. Ahh and there is a storage room in the ceiling where you can store what ever you want to store (no dead bodies though please!!)

Nun noch kurz auf Deutsch:

Du hast hier die Möglichkeit in eine der coolsten WGs in Wien einzuziehen :) Zumindest war sie es bevor nun einige Leute ausgezogen sind, doch ich bin mir sicher wir kriegen das schon wieder hin!! Wenn du offen bist, gerne in Gesellschaft bist aber auch alleine sein kannst und gerne kochst bist du hier goldrichtig. Es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer. In einem wohne ich und die anderen zwei sind nun zu vermieten. Ich bin Ala bin 26 und arbetie als Ingnieur hier in Wien. Ich spreche französisch, englisch und mein Deutsch wird auch. von Tag zu Tag besser (auch wenn Till mir hier beim Text schreiben hilft hehe). Ich habe früher als Animateur in Clubs gearbeitet und liebe es daher immer noch zu tanzen und zu feiern. Ansonsten bin ich gerne mit Freunden zusammen und koche oder relaxe einfach.


Die Wohnung an sich ist fantastisch. Sie ist groß, hell, renoviert und trotzdem Altbau. Es sind wie gesagt zwei Zimmer zu vergebn, ein großer (26m²) und ein kleines (11m²) in beiden sind Möbel drin, die du behalten kannst wenn du magst. Die Ablöse ist sehr fair und nur 40€ für das kleine Zimmer (Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Stuhl,...) und 50€ für das große Zimmer (riesiger Schrank, Regal von Ikea...das Bett und der Tisch kann wenn du willst erstmal drin bleiben und Till holt es dann ab wenn er am 1.Okt von seiner Reise zurück ist).
