During this summer I am traveling to my home land, so my room is going to be free for 3 months, it is located in district 18 and it is completely furnished with a double bed, a desktop, a bookcase, laundry basket, etc… the room size is 20 m2, it is well lit and with a beautiful view.
It is free from July until September.
The rent per month is: 310 Euros. And it includes electricity, gas, WLAN, etc.
Deposit: 200 Euros. That is refundable when you return the keys.
The house:
• It has dishwasher, washing machine, oven, basement, bathroom and shower (separated in different rooms). There is also free parking space on the 18 district.
• Is situated in Gersthoferstrasse 142.
• Is near to the BOKU University (almost 10 minutes by foot).
• It takes near to 18 minutes with the tram 41 to reach the main University station.
• Is near to the beautiful Türkenschanzpark and Pötzleinsdorfer-Park (almost 7 minutes by foot).
• Is in front of the tram-stop (route 41) and bus-stop (route N41). Also in front of a super market Spar und Billa.
• It is also near bus stations with the routes 10A, 40A and S45.
