I will move out and rent my beautiful 26m² room in the finest district of Vienna. The room is completely furnished (huge wardrobe, a table and a chair, a big nice bed with huge blankets, a book-shelf, and some pretty good Logitech speakers) and you got everything you need.
The apartment is Altbau but renovated, so everything is nice and new but you still got those beautiful high ceilings. We also have a very big living room/kitchen thing with oven, dishwasher, microwave and a giant fridge. I gave my Saturday Dinners in the living room/kitchen and it easily fits 15 people. A balcony can also be found where it is allowed to smoke.
You will live together with Mohamed (28, from Cannes who is in charge of language courses at the French Embassy) and Aladeen (25, working as a computer engineer and former dance instructor here in Vienna). Both of them are out of house most of the day and come back in the evening. They are cool guys and get along well with everybody. Mohamed and Aladeen are very open and funny and like it when it is tidy and clean in the kitchen. Both of them want somebody who is easy-going, responsible, quite and clean. The best would be if you are working and over 25.



The rent is 370€ for the room and 51€ for gas, internet,.. so 420€. You can move in on 1st of July.

Eventhough the house is located in the 19th district it doenst take you long to the center or university. The 10A and 39A go directly in front of the door, 37 and D are in a distance of 2min of walking, U4 is around 10min, at the weekend or in the night the N38 will bring you home safe ;)
