Hello. (German version below)

Since I'll be traveling abroad this summer I'm renting out my room from July to August, eventually September as well.

Together with my very nice room mates (23 years old, students at the BOKU) I'm living in a shared flat in the 17th district of Vienna. The room is big and very bright with a large window that is pointed to South-West, so the sun can shine directly into the room all day long.
In the room you'll find a bed, desk, wardrobe, clothes rail, two couches and a couch table.

Furthermore there is a bath (with a bathtub), a toilet and a kitchen. The neighborhood is great, it takes only 10 minutes to the centre as well as to the beautiful Türkenschanzpark. Next to your house there are stations for 43, S45, 44A, 13A, as well as a lot of supermarkets, a 24h gas station and fast food stands.

I'm pretty flexible about the date moving in.

Hallo.

Da ich über die Sommermonate im Ausland unterwegs sein werde, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer von Juli bis August, eventuell September, vermieten.

Gemeinsam mit meinen zwei total netten und liebenswürdigen Mitbewohnern (23 Jahre, BOKU Studenten) wohne ich im 17. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr hell, da das breite Fenster nach SüdWest ausgerichtet ist und somit den ganzen Tag die Sonne rein scheint.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Kasten, Kleiderständer, Couch, Couchsessel und Couchtisch.

Weiters hat die Wohnung ein Bad (mit Badewanne), WC und eine Küche. Die Lage ist total angenehm, 43, S45, 44A, 13A gleich vor der Nase, und im Zentrum ist man in 10 Minuten, im Türkenschanzpark ebenfalls. Außerdem gibt es um die Ecke Merkur, Hofer, Billa eine 24h Tankstelle sowie Imbiss & Döner Buden.

Terminlich bin ich ziemlich flexibel, was das Einzugsdatum betrifft.
