In unserer 3er WG wird ein 18 qm großes, helles und vollmobilietres Zimmer frei!!! Das Zimmer ist frei ab Anfang Juli bis ende August. Die Gesamtgröße der Wohnung beträgt 100 qm und gliedert sich in eine Küche (mit Backofen und Geschirrspueler), ein Bad mit (Badewanne und Waschmaschine), ein getrenntes Klo und zwei weiteren Zimmern. Rauchen ist auch in der Wohnung erlaubt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 18. Bezirk in der Nähe von Türkenschanzpark und Straßenbahnlinie 41 (N41) ist gleich vor der Haustüre. Straßenbahn 9, Buslinie 10A und S45 sind auch in der nähe. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 41 braucht man 18 Minuten bis Schottentor, und in 10 Minuten bis Währingerstraße (U6). Hofer, Billa, Spar sind auch gleich in der Nähe. In der Miete von 300 euro ist schon alles inkludiert.

In our 3 room apartment we have a bright and fully furnished 18 square meter free room for July and August. The whole apartment is 100 square meters and is divided into a kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a bath (with bathtub and washing mashine), separated toilet and two other rooms. Smoking is also allowed in the apartment. The apartment is in the 18th district nearby Türkenschanzpark and tramline 41 (N41) is in front of the building. Tramline 9, busline 10A and S45 are also nearby. With the 41 tram it takes 18 minutes until Schottentor and 10 minutes until Währingerstraße (U6). Hofer, Billa and Spar are also nearby. The rent is 300 euro and everything is included.
