I am not going to be in Vienna from July until September (3 months), so I rent out my room in a flatshare with 2 very nice roommates (one girl,21, one guy, 20).

The flat is located in the heart of Vienna, next to the Stadtpark and accessible through public transport:

S-Bahn Wien Mitte: 5 min walk
U3 Stubentor&Landstraße: 10 min walk
There are some trams and busses as well nearby, and the Landstraßer Hauptstraße has got everything you need for shopping.

It is a sunny, big room with a size of about 23 m² with a hardwoodfloor and big windows.
There is a bed, couch, some wardrobes and a table, so you don't need any furniture.
In the flat, there is a kitchen with everything you need for daily life, including a washing machine. Toilet and shower are separate, W-Lan-Internet is available.
