We (1.female and 1.male) are looking for a new flatmember. The Room is 16m2 and fully furnished, with an great overview above Graz.
The flat is made up of one kitchen, Bath and WC are seperated and one little room where the washing machine stands.

We are looking for a Man who doesn´t smoke and is interested in a communal life.
We like to sit in the kitchen and talk or sometimes we also cook together.
