In der Miete ist alles inklusive auch Strom und Gas, es sei denn du heizt jeden Tag und Nacht auf 30 Grad :).

I am searching for a long term roommate, who wants to live in an apartment for 2 people (shared flat) and have a room that is like a own garconniere. There is another roommate already there, male, 30 years and the apartment is very nice, sunny, cosy and fully equipped.

I want someone that wants to live here for longer term and not for short term, since I am living outside my country and can`t change roommates so often :)

The costs are all inclusive, except you need a lot of energy for heating and are one of these people, who need to sleep at 30 degrees in the night ;-), then it will be adjusted accordingly, of course.
