We, Andriana ana Valentino, are searching for a third flatmate. We are both 21 years old and students. Valetino comes from Germany and Andriana - from Bulgaria. We are looking forward to a someone nice and friendly who would like to live with us!

Unsere Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 80m2 und besteht aus Vorraum, Küche, Bad (+ Waschmaschine), Wc und 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern.
Weiters gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsterasse im Innenhof :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 16. Bezirk (Ottakringerstraße).

Miete: € 322,13.-

Miete gesamt: € 329,76.-
Kaution: (wird noch bekannt gegeben, um die € 900.-)

The flat is 80 m2 and has a corridor, kitchen, bad (+washing machine), wc and 3 rooms.
There is a huge terasse for all the people in the building (mostly young people)
The flat is in the 16th district. (Ottakringestrasse)
You could keep parts of the furniture (couch, table).

Deposit: around 900 euro
Electricity: 50 euro every 3 months
Insurance: 60 euro a year Die Wohnung befindet sich im 16. Bezirk (Ottakringerstraße).
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, PennyMarkt, Zielpunkt, Hürpas) sowie der nahe gelegene Brunnenmarkt (Obst&Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch, Gewürze uvm.)
Öffentliche Verkehrmittel befinden sich nur einige Gehminuten entfernt (Staßenbahnlinie 44 ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt und fährt direkt zum UniCampus und zur Hauptuni; Umstiegsmöglichkeiten zur U-Bahn Linie U6 und U2); Straßenbahnlinie 2 ist auch gleich in der Nähe)
Tram stop is just 2-3 minutes away (tram number 44 which goes to the University of Vienna and tram number 2)
U6 metro stations are close.
Soon there will be a CityBike station right in front of our door! 

Bald kommt direkt vor die Haustür eine CityBike-Station :)
