I’m subletting my super cosy, quiet and bright 16sm-room from the 1st August for the whole month, or maximum till the end of September 2015 (single weeks can be negotiated too). The room is furnished with a big bed, a wardrobe and a table. The whole flat is composed by 3 bedrooms, one fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), one bathroom with bath tub and shower and a separate WC.
Our flat is located in a wonderful and central district, from which everything can easily be reached on foot. At a few meters from our home we have supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the huge Prater park and the Donaukanal. The tram 1 and O stop next to our flat, whereas the subway lines U1, U2, U3 and U4 are just at 10min walking distance.
Your flatmates will be Lorenz and Michael, two easy-going 24-year-old students (medicine and architecture).
The rent for one month is 380euro and it includes also warm water, electricity and wifi
