Hi!

I study at the Academy of Fine Arts and during all May my bedroom will be free. I am flexible on dates, if you need the room a few days earlier and/or stay a few days longer please let me know and Im sure we can arrange that.
The WG has three bedrooms and a very nice atmosphere. In the flat it is me and two great easy going and friendly Austrians: she is 25 and studies Anthropology and he is 31 and studies Socio-economics.
The location is just great, in the 7th district almost around the corner from Thaliastrasse and Burggasse U6 Stations. Plenty of nice places nearby: bars, cafés, restaurants, the city library, alternative venues for arts and parties, pedestrian Mariahilfer Straße, and much more. A very few minutes from the city center either by foot, bus, bicycle or the many options of public transport (from 0 to 5 minute walk several trams, buses, U-Bahn).
Shopping is just easy. Several shops and supermarkets close by, also the fantastic international food supermarket PROSI is around the corner and a few minutes walk the street market in Brunnenpassage. The WG has a spacious kitchen that also works as a common area, a nice tub/shower, toilet. An extra 4th small bedroom for laundry and stuff. The bedroom in rent is facing the inner yard, so no street noises.
