Looking for a new flatmate from April.

The room has 13m2 and is pretty quiet since all the windows in our apartment are facing the inner yard. The location of the apartment is good, 7th district, right next to U6 between the stations Burggasse-Stadthalle and Thaliastrasse, bus line 48A, with trams 5 and 46 less than 5min away. Several food stores around the apartment cater to all tastes - the usual stores as well as a bio market and the 'world supermarket' (Prosi) are all less than a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and the building has an elevator.
The rent amounts to 330€ per month, all costs included (electricity, gas, wifi, etc.).
Deposit: 1300€

We are three people sharing the apartment, but starting April one of the rooms will be free. That’s why we are looking for a nice new flatmate. We are Petra and Mona, both students (art history, economics). We love to do sports, cook, party and enjoy electronic music.
Even though we are students, we like to keep our surroundings clean and tidy, so it’s quite important to us that you feel the same.
