Hey zusammen, ich werde über den Sommer in den Urlaub und danach nach Hause fliegen um dort zu arbeiten, daher wird mein Zimmer vom 1.07.2014 bis zum 1.10.2014 frei werden :)

Zimmer: Es handelt sich hierbei um ein 20qm großes Zimmer mit Parkett und Mobiliar(siehe Fotos).
Die WG ist eine ca.200qm große Erdgeschosswohnung und verfügt über eine große Wohnküche, Terrasse(Garten mit Teich ), 2 WCs, 2 Bäder, Waschküche, Kabinett und einem Abstellzimmer und einem großen Keller.

Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Währung. Die Haupt Uni , die WU und die Innenstadt ist durch die Lage und die Straßenbahnanbindung zügig erreicht. Es sind 2 min zur Ubahnstation U6 Station Michelbeuern/AKH, ebenso zu den Straßenbahnlinien 40, 41 und 42. Parks und Märkte sind auch in der Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Hofer, Zielpunkt, Sparmarkt)Drogeriemarkt, Bäckereien und Fastfood Läden(Thai,McDonalds,Döner,Eisdiele etc) befinden sich alle in einem Umkreis von 5-10 Gehminuten.

WG-Leben: Das WG Leben gestaltet sich hier sehr abwechslungsreich. Wenn man sich nach Gesellschaft sehnt, ist diese schnell gefunden. Andererseits verteilen sich alle auch gerne auf ihre Zimmer etc. Mit mir wohnen noch 6 andere in der WG, allesamt Studenten. Alles sehr sympathisch, gesellig und für jeden Quatsch zu haben. Es wird viel gelacht und auch gerne etwas zusammen unternommen



Hey, i will leave vienna because i am going on vacation and after that i am going home to work there, therefore my room will be rentable from the 01.07.14 to the 01.10.2014 :)

Room: The room is 20qm large has parquet and some furniture(pictures).The whole flat is 200qm large and in the first floor. It owns an eat-in kitchen, a small garden with a tarrace and pond, 2 WC`s, 2 bathrooms, laundry and finally a storage room.

Location: The flat is Währing, The Vienna University and the Economic Uni are easily and fast to reach from the flat. The tram, metro, bus station are a few minutes on foot. It doesn`t take longer then 15min to get from the flat to the Uni. There is the metro station U6 AKH Michelbeuern or U6 Alser Straße and trams: 40,41,42. Here are many opportunities for shopping, near to the flat are Hofer,Billa,Zielpunkt,Interpar and a drugstore. There is an 24/7 bakery, Thai, McDonalds,Döner etc.

Living: The flat share is varied. If you are looking for respectable society it`s easy to find here. The most of my flatmates are from Germany but they are able to speak French and Italy and of course English. It is not a partnership of convenience, we like each other and get along. If you are new in Vienna this would be a great spot for you to start. There are 6 other flatmates, 2 boy and 4 girls living here. They are all sympathic and and like to stay together and having fun.
