The flat and entire building was recently renovated and is fully furnished (kitchen, bathroom and room). The flat hosts itself in one of Vienna’s famous old styled buildings, equipped with high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ecosystem and infrastructure embedding the location are most suitable for people either studying at one of the main universities or working close to the city center. Lots of green areas, chilling hot spots and shopping as in supermarkets and apparel stores are surrounding the flat’s location. It takes 3 minutes to reach the underground (U6 – brown line) and several tram lines going towards the city center or 17th/18th district. The U6 is most vital and critical to the Viennese public transport system; hence it’s particularly easy to reach all the sweet spots across and around the city.
The rent includes gas, electricity, internet and TV. The room is part of a shared apartment, the other person is a very comfortable and easy going male student; he already looks forward to meeting you in person.
