Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 92 m2 groß, Neubau, Bad mit Badewanne, WC, Küche mit WM, gemeinsames WZ, 350,- inkl. BK und Internet. Kaution 3 MM. Verkehrsgünstige Lage nahe der Mariahilferstraße, nähe U3 Zieglergasse.

We are (f:22, f:27) looking for a nice, interesting and decent flatmate for long-term, from the beginning of June in our 3-person WG. (preferably non-smoking)

The room is approximately 14m ², and is partly furnished, but you can bring your own furniture too. The flat itself is total 92m ², new, seperate bathroom and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. (The apartment also has a basement). Total rent is monthly 350 € including running costs and internet. Deposit: 3 months rent.
The apartment is conveniently situated close to Mariahilfer str., U3 Zieglergasse.
