My room in our shared flat (4 people) in the 9th district will be free from July on. Although it isn't very big it is extremely cozy and it has a big window to let the sunshine in. I already have it furnished (bed with mattress, one

closet, one cupboard, a chair and a desk) and I cannot take the furniture with me, so I am looking to sell it for a VERY cheap price!
We have 2 common spaces the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped but it is very spacious so we use it as a hanging out place as well.
My flatmates are lovely and reliable, the location is perfect and the price is super GREAT.

Barbara The flat is very close to the Franz Josef Bahnhof Billa that is open everyday until 10pm and on sundays too. You also have a Hofer, Zielpunkt and Spar very close by.
Tram D and 33 have stop in front the building and U4 and U6 are just 10 mins away.
Location is really perfect ;)
