Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er WG mit sonniger Terrasse und Garten. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch (+Sessel ;)), 2 längliche Regale und eine Pflanze.

Die gemütliche Wohnküche ist bestens ausgerüstet mit Herd, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Mini Öfchen, Geschirrspüler, Esstisch mit Eckbank und einem Sofa.

Die Terrasse bietet sich wunderbar für sonnige Abendstunden mit Blick ins Grüne an. Es gibt auch einen Garten, der kann von allen Hausbewohnern benützt werden.

Weiters gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken, getrennt begehbare Toilette und eine Waschmaschine.

Bei Bedarf kann auch mein Rad mitvermietet werden.

I'm looking for an interim tanent from middle of june to the middle of july.

The room is part of a shared two-people-flat with sunny terrace and a garden. In the room there is a king-size bed, a cupboard, a desk, two narrow shelfs and a plant.

There is a living-room-kitchen with fridge, deep freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and lots of cups and plates, a big table with bench and a sofa.

The terrace is wonderful for enjoying sunny evenings and there is also a garden, that can be used by all people living in the house.

Also there is a bathroom with double basin, an extra toilet and a washing machine.

If you want I can lend you my bike for the time aswell. In wenigen Gehminuten sind verschiedenste Geschäfte erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnen 44 & 10 sind ca 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die U3 Station Ottakring ist in ca 8 min erreichbar und bringt einen rasch durch ganz Wien.

There are lots of shops in the distance of max 5 walking minutes. The tramstations 44 and 10 are 2 walking minutes and the U3 station "Ottakring" is 8 walking minutes and takes you through vienna very fast.
