Hey There :)
Yeah it is true! A room is free in one of the coolest WGs in Vienna :) Okay, joking aside we have one big free room in our apartment in the beautiful 19th district. We live close to Heiligenstädter Park, the green wine yards and the embassy district with their charming Villas. It only takes you a few steps to be in nature or scrawl through the amazing neighbourhood in the finest district of Vienna. And still you can be at Hauptuni within 15min, WU within 7min and Schwedenplatz 19min. Since you have the 10A, 39A, 37, D and U4 within in a few minutes. So this apartment is in a perfect location if you like nature and still want to be in Uni or the City within a few minutes.
You will live together with both Ala and Karolina. Ala is a 26 year-old Engineer who loves dancing, cooking and meeting new people. He is also a fitness freak and a boxing lover, so don't mess around with him :p Karolina is a 21 year-old nice and lovely law student. She also loves meeting new people and she is fond of cooking and long-boarding. She is a very open person with whom you can enjoy any kind of conversations. Ala used to live here with 4 friends (two of them shared room) and there was always something going on in the apartment. We gave dinners parties, hosted couchsurfers on a regular basis and were having friends over for some relaxed cooking sessions. If you like to cook and if you are a sociable person you will love this apartment. Because even if some of us moved out this cool, witty and welcoming spirit of the flat will stay. Ala speaks English, French and Arabic very well. His German starts to improve a lot but he's still working on it haha! Karolina is a good English and German speaker and of course polish as mother tongue.
We both are looking for an open and nice person, who likes life and knows how to enjoy it with other people, but still can be on his/her own as well. So if you are looking for a nice and comfy place with warm people around you, there you go!

The room:

26m² → 410€ all included (Gas, electricity and Internet)

This room is really huge with its 26m², and is located towards the street so you have some noise but therefore is the sun shining in the room what makes it very bright and nice. It has nice "parkett" and the typical high ceilings. Regarding the furniture, you can arrange it with Stefanie who is currently living there if you want to probably keep some of it. It is gonna be available starting from beginning of June, as Stefanie, who is living there until now, will leave at that date. Feel free to drop by and have a look at the flat. Either Stefanie or Karolina will be available to welcome you. Ala is working the whole day so he can see you in the evenings.

The rest of the apartment:
We have a big kitchen/living room (as you can see on the pictures). We gave there dinners for 15 people so it is quite spacey. It is great to hang out there while you cook with friends or just relax from a long day. The bathroom has a great bath tube which is super cool in the winter and the toilet is in a separate room. Ahh and there is a storage room in the ceiling where you can store what ever you want to store (no dead bodies though please!!)

Nun noch kurz auf Deutsch:
Du hast hier die Möglichkeit in eine der coolsten WGs in Wien einzuziehen :) Zumindest war sie es bevor nun einige Leute ausgezogen sind, doch ich bin mir sicher wir kriegen das schon wieder hin!! Wenn du offen bist, gerne in Gesellschaft bist aber auch alleine sein kannst und gerne kochst bist du hier goldrichtig. Es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer. In einem wohne ich, in dem kleineren die Karo. Ich bin Ala bin 26 und arbeite als Ingnieur hier in Wien. Ich spreche französisch, englisch und mein Deutsch wird auch von Tag zu Tag besser (auch wenn Till mir hier beim Text schreiben hilft hehe). Ich habe früher als Animateur in Clubs gearbeitet und liebe es daher immer noch zu tanzen und zu feiern. Ansonsten bin ich gerne mit Freunden zusammen und koche oder relaxe einfach.

Die Wohnung an sich ist fantastisch. Sie ist groß, hell, renoviert und trotzdem Altbau. Es ist wie gesagt ein großes Zimmer (26m2) zu vergebn, drinnen gibt es paar Möbel, die du behalten kannst, wenn du magst. Die Ablöse für einen riesigen Schrank und Regal von Ikea ist mit der vorherigen Mitbewohnerin Steffie zu vereinbaren (ca 50 euro).
