My flatmate is going on vacation and I would like to rent her room from July till September (a total of 3 months).
The room is a lovely, quiet, fully furnished room in a 3-bedroom flat. There is a living room which you can use, which includes everything you need. The flat is fully furnished with all amenities including kitchenware, dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and central heating in all rooms. Sep toilet, and the main bathroom is a shower over a bath.
It's a great area and so central to the City.
I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing and humorous flatmate who take the room and is really just looking for a nice home to live in.
