Liebe Leute!
Da ich bald für ein Semester nach Belgien gehe um dort ein Auslandssemester zu machen ist ein Zimmer in einer netten 2er WG ganz in Gürtelnähe frei (ab Feber bis Juli-eventuell auch länger bis September). Wohnung hat 65m2, Zimmer ca 19. Außerdem gibts eine kleine aber feine Küche, Badezimmer, seperates WC und einen nettes Kabinett zum rumhängen. Preis ist 350 alles inklusive (+350 Kaution welche man danach wieder zurückbekommt)
Ich lass auch alle meine Möbel und einiges anderes Zeug drinnen (keine Angst nicht alles ;) ) so dass man eigentlich nur seinen Koffer packen muss und in ne fertige WG einziehen kann :)

As I will leave loveley Vienna for Erasmus my room is available for rent from February till July (would be possible till the end of September). The appartmant is 65 m2 big, on the first floor (we also have an elevator) and my room is about 19m2 big. I will leave all my stuff here so you won't have to buy anything. You will share the flat with my roommate (26, female student). There is a seperate toilet, bathroom, kitchen and a seperate room to hang out together. The price is 350/month everything included. The appartement is located close to really nice bars and you need about 10 min by tram to get to the city center and the Universität Wien. Public transport: U6 Michelbeuern, U6 Thaliastraße, tram 42,43

As I leave all my stuff in my room you will also have to pay a security deposit of 350 € which you get back at the end of your stay!
