I am looking for a substitute for my beautiful, big (23qm), bright room with an additional room (10qm) in february. It is a shared apartment. (you and 1 other person) in the 9th district. All in all the apartment has about 80qm. Our shared living space is the big comfy kitchen! Rent: 400 Euro all inclusive. Bathroom and toilet are separate. (Bathroom is also equipped with a bath tub).
Subway U4 and U6 are close and you have excellent access to the trams (37,38,5,33). Grocery stores are just around the corner (Hofer, Spar, Billa).

Ich vermiete mein schönes, großes (ca. 23 qm), helles Zimmer mit Kabinet (ca. 10 qm) für Februar! Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG im tollen 9. Bezirk. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 80 qm. Unser Gemeinschaftsraum ist die gemütliche große Küche. Miete: 400 Euro all inclusive!!! Bad und WC ist getrennt, im Bad befindet sich auch eine Badewanne! U4 und U6 sind in ca. 5. Gehminutern zu erreichen und Tram ist fast vor der Tür. (5,33,37,38). Supermärkte sind auch um die Ecke (Billa, Spar, Hofer).
