Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß, sehr hell (2 Fenster, 3. Stock). Mitvermietet wird ein Doppelbett, großer Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommoden, kleine Couch, Fernseher, Regale,..

Die Wohnung ist gesamt 75m² groß mit netter Küche, Esstisch, Bad (mit Badewanne) - von Toilette getrennt, geräumiger Vorraum (mit Bar ;), Waschmaschine.
Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Einbahnstraße, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Zur Donauinsel sind es nur 1,5km :)

Aufgrund der tollen Verkehrsanbindung ist man überall sehr schnell :)

Es erwartet dich eine tolle, liebe, lustige Mitbewohnerin (24 Jahre, Medizinstudentin).

The room is 20m ² , very bright (2 windows, 3rd floor). Corented is a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small couch, TV, shelves, .. everything you need

The apartment is 75m ² total size with a nice kitchen(with plates &&), dining table, bathroom - separate toilet, spacious entrance hall (with bar;), washing machine.
The Flat is in the 21. district. Only 7 minits to the Station U6 Floridsdorf.
The house is situated on a one-way street, so it is very quiet. For the Danube island is only 1.5 km :)

Due to the great transport links you can reach anywhere very fast :) Station U6 Floridsdorf

It offers you a great, love, funny roommate (24 years old, a medical student).
