Zimmer frei ab Herbst!

Wir sind Johanna und Julischka und haben ab 1. Oktober (bei Bedarf auch ein paar Tage frueher) fuer das kommende Herbstsemester ein wunderschoenes Zimmer an eine FLIT*person (Frauen_Lesben_Inter_Trans) zu vergeben (Zeitraum flexibel). Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist, ob unser Angebot (auch) an dich gerichtet ist, frag uns gerne.

Wir sind beide um die 30, gerade eben erst zusammengezogen und auch noch dabei uns kennenzulernen. Eine von uns studiert Kunst an der Akademie, arbeitet auf selbstaendiger Basis und ist viel in queer-feministischen Zusammenhaengen unterwegs, die andere hat internationale Entwicklung studiert, eine Weile Tschechisch gelernt und ist momentan bei einer lokalen Zeitung. Wir wollen gern versuchen, Lebensmittel, Verbrauchsmaterial wie Klopapier und anfallende Arbeit miteinander zu teilen, ohne eine gemeinsame Kasse oder einen Plan zu haben und sind gespannt, ob und wie das klappen kann.

Die Wohnung ist ein 100qm grosser Jugendstil-Altbau und verfuegt ueber Gemeinschaftsflaechen, ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, eine voll ausgestattete Kueche mit Geschirrspueler, vieeel Licht, super schnelles Internet und einen kleinen Balkon. Sie liegt zentral am gruenen Antonsplatz und zu Fuss sind es nur 5 Minuten zur U1 Reumannplatz (von da 2 Stationen bis Hauptbahnhof, 4 Stationen bis Karlsplatz und Akademie, TU etc.).Weitere Linien sind die Tram 6 und 67, sowie die Busse 7A, 14A (Neubaugasse), 65A, Nachtbuslinien und andere. Auch zum Einkaufen gibt es vom Bauernmarkt bis zur Post alles, was das Herz begehrt, ebenso wie weitlaeufige Naturgebiete, Kinos, Galerien und Projektraeume.

Das Zimmer ist gross (ca. 25qm), hat hohe Waende, einen schoenen Parkettboden, einen gruenen Ausblick und kostet 380 EUR pro Monat inklusive allem. An Moebeln ist alles da, was du brauchst: Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Regale etc. und wenn du willst, auch ein bisschen Deko.

Bei Interesse schreib uns bitte etwas zu dir: wer du bist, was dich interessiert, wie lange du bleiben willst, Kontaktdaten etc. Wir melden uns dann zwischen Montag, den 08.09. und Dienstag, den 09.09. bei dir und bieten in der selben Woche die Besichtigungstermine - persoenlich oder per Skype - an.

Hello there!

We are Johanna and Julischka and for the upcoming autumn term, we're offering a beautiful room to a FLIT* person (female_lesbian_inter_trans). It's free from Oct 1st or a bit earlier, if you need it until talk to us. If you are unsure if this offer is meant for you, please ask us.

We're both around 30, have just moved together as well and yet in the process of getting to know each other. One of us studies at the academy of fine arts, works on a self-employed basis and spends a lot of time in queer feminist contexts. The other one studied international relations, has learnt Czech for a while and is currently working for a local news paper. We would like to try to share our food, materials like toilet paper, and house work without having a shared budget or a strict plan. We are curious if and how that can work.

The apartment is a beautiful and spacious old Art Nouveau building of 100 sqm. It comes with common spaces, a bathroom with bath tub and washing maschine, a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer, lots of light, a super fast unlimited internet connection and a little balcony. The apartment is centrally located at the green Antonsplatz and you can reach the metro station U1 Reumannplatz within 5 minutes by foot. From there it's only 2 stops to the main train station and 4 stops to Karlsplatz, Akademie, TU etc. Other public transport lines around the house include tram 6 and 67, busses 7A, 14A (Neubaugasse Express), 65A, night lines and others. Also, you'll find everything for your daily needs within few minutes walking: from farmer's markets to supermarkets to post office, to cinemas, wide nature areas, to concert venues as well as project- and galery spaces.

The room itself is big (about 25sqm), has high ceilings, beautiful parkett flooring, a green view and costs 380 EUR including everything! It is furnished with all you need: bed, table, shelves, chair etc. and if you wish, even a little decoration.
